Who are OGA Members?OGA members work or volunteer in many types of organizations and professions: senior centers, home health care, hospitals, colleges and universities, social services, case management, social work, housing placement, consulting, long-term care facilities, marketing, financial, recreational, law enforcement, law practices, pharmaceutical, volunteer programs, advocacy programs, religious communities, and businesses. OGA helps members enhance their knowledge, skills and effectiveness, with the goal of improving the quality of life for aging Oregonians. What are the Membership Options?Individual, Senior/Student, Organizational, and Joint OGA-OGEC Resource Center memberships are available. Simply choose the category that best suits you. The Oregon Geriatric Education Center (OGEC) Resource Center is a lending library containing a broad range of gerontological and geriatric educational and training materials. Joint OGA-OGEC Resource Center members may order, reserve, and check out materials online or in person from the collection of more than 1,200 titles, including videocassettes, books, audiotapes, educational games, and DVDs.
