Age-Friendly PDX Airport & Real ID

Location: Portland Airport, Conference Center (go up the stairs/elevator to the west of the Clock Tower near Concourse E)

The first part of this presentation by Walter Marchbanks, Passenger Programs and Services Manager at the Portland Airport, will address the Airport's recent efforts to become more age-friendly. This will be followed by an overview of the new processes and requirements of Real ID and what can be done to prevent confusion, especially among older travelers, as the new system is established.

Afterwards, a light lunch will be provided, followed by a tour of the airport to point out some of the age-friendly features discussed in the presentation.
