Events of Potential Interest

Below are non-OGA events related to aging and gerontology that may be of interest to OGA members and supporters.

Where: 1221 SW 4th Ave, Portland or watch on YouTube
What: The pre-gavel event will include the presentation of an AARP Livable Community plaque that recognizes Portland as an age-friendly member in good standing based on the work that was accomplished through 2025. Additionally, Councilor Koyama Lane and Council President Jamie Dunphy will celebrate Older Americans Month, reflect on Portland’s age-friendly legacy, and share future directions for Portland’s age-friendly efforts.
